The owner was forthright in his discussion of the work and provided a written proposal without nudging him to do so. The business owner, Terry Thompson, promptly answered several follow up questions and showed flexibility in adapting the work scope to the home owner's wishes. Waiting for other work to finish, but American Curb Appeal will be doing this work.

Asphalt repair of driveway
ADA requirements, patch repair, seal coating and striping
residential 3 car asphalt driveway (950 sq feet of existing asphalt) to be either repaired, or removed and replaced (open to asphalt or pavers) . The job includes the swale for all 3 spaces as well as an additional 4 car width. The swale is currently compacted sand and gravel and needs to be graded. Total square footage of job installion is 1050 sq ft including the above mentioned existing 950 sq ft of asphalt.
