Project started but hasn\'t finished. A 16\'x16\'x4\" of the drive way has been removed. I need the project needs to be finished- remove dirt so it\'s 4\" deep to match the other part of driveway, expansion boards put in, mesh wire and cement to be poured.

16\'x16\'x4\" needs cement poured. The old cement has been broken and removed but ground needs to be leveled and some dirt needs to be removed to have 4\" in depth.
