I am a year away from my build as I have a house to sell before I can move to WW. I will be Owner / Builder and will be choosing my sub contractors. So I am wanting to identify reliable people to work with. Please provide references and a website address if you have one. I am in the planning stage and need some rough cost estimates that I will refine when I am closer to beginning construction. I am interested in your preparation process for the base and what materials you recommend for a concrete driveway and sidewalk in this area of WW. I will have approximately 1,000 sq. ft. of driveway area and 745 sq. ft. of garage floor. I am also responsible for 60 lineal feet of city sidewalk at the front of the house. Thank you, Richard
