Cut a second driveway entry only next to existing driveway entrance in order to lay papers in a horseshoe enterance/exit driveway configuration. If you look at 4715 fox hollow on Google Street view you can look up and down foxhollow--just up the hill is a turn in the road. Traffic comes around that turn at 45 to 55 mph. Backing out of drive is very dangerous for us. Can you estimate for one car wide and for two car wide entrance. Are there difficulties with city to do this? Does contractor handle city applications or is that the home owners responsibility? Thanks
