Existing parking lot is concrete. The front parking lot has a few cracks but is still in relatively good condition. The back parking lot has significant damage primarily where the four corners of sections come together. All of the parking spaces also need to be restriped and 10 parking spots are either missing or have broken concrete car stops. There are 46 parking spots. I can send more information by email.
I would like to extend my current driveway by 7\'. The new driveway will be 7\'x40\' and the culvert will need to be extended as well by 7\'. It is currently 6\' longer on both sides of the driveway.
New driveway put in by builder 14 months ago. It started getting cracks in it after 4 months that are about 1/32 of a inch. Builder (DeVosta/pulte) claims that\'s normal. Need to know if it was installed correctly and if so I need these cracks repaired.
